Method of preparation:

Preparation:

Meanwhile, grease a heat-resistant dish with oil or butter and line with breadcrumbs. Spread the composition evenly, and place a layer of previously prepared mushrooms on top. Bake the cauliflower over medium heat (175 degrees C) and leave until nicely browned on top. Before serving, cut into pieces according to the desired size. Good appetite!

Now, because I've been on a low carb diet for a while, I decided to try the cauliflower & rdquo.

I combined it with lightly seasoned onions, a little garlic, mushrooms and mozzarella. See what came out below.

1 tablespoon oil (I used 1/2 teaspoon coconut butter)

a jar of Sun Food mushrooms

1/2 teaspoon turmeric (for color & ndash optional)

I also used the cut mushrooms from Sun Food, which I use every time with confidence

because they do not contain preservatives & ndash 100% healthy cans.

How come:

Chop the cauliflower in the food processor:

Saute finely chopped onion in oil with salt and pepper for 2-3 minutes. Add the mushrooms and turmeric (I added 2 green onions).

And let the flavors befriend for another 2-3 minutes on the fire. Add the crushed garlic, chopped cauliflower,

grated mozzarella, water and mix everything.

Put in a baking tray (or in two smaller ones, as in my case), sprinkle a little (or more!)

mozzarella on top and bake in the preheated oven at 180 C for about 25-30 minutes.

It is preferably eaten hot, in order to benefit from melted mozzarella inside.
